We will accept any item* returned to us within 30 days as long as the item is unopened, with seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will issue a full refund.
*Bespoke or special orders are not included
We will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or damaged. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and will be made within three weeks of our receiving your return.
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after it has been placed with us, unless item has been shipped.
If the goods have been delivered then you will need to return them to us. We will then refund your payment. |
